Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin (or sunflower) seeds
  • ½ tbsp. blue spirulina
  • 1 cup Natrel Plus 2%

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few minutes until smooth and consistent. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
