- 1 banana
- ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin (or sunflower) seeds
- ½ tbsp. blue spirulina
- 1 cup Natrel Plus 2%
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few minutes until smooth and consistent. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
